· Prices shown above are per week, from Saturday to Saturday.

· The villa will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

· There may be some flexibility on the arrival and departure day and times dependent on other bookings.

· Discounts available for multiple week bookings out of peak season. Ask for details.

· Fresh bedding and towels will be provided prior to arrival. Please bring your own towels for the beach and pool.

· A deposit of 25% is payable upon booking, with the remaining balance payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

· A security deposit of £150 is also to be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival, which (all being well) shall be refunded to you within 10 days after your departure.

· Reductions are available for long term off seasons lets. Ask for details.
